Commercial doors, access control, and locks for San Diego businesses
We are a commercial door, hardware, and access control contractor working on the openings a business runs through. New door installs, storefront entries, card readers and keypads, exit hardware, and the key control behind all of it.
- Quoted per job, scheduled around your operation
- New doors supplied, hung, and fitted with hardware in one scope
- Access control installed by the trade that knows the door
- Master key systems designed with room to grow
Why San Diego businesses use us
Real quotes
A written number before work starts. No price list, because no two openings are the same.
Open 7 days
Seven days a week, 7am to 10pm, so work can happen outside your business hours.
Commercial only
Storefronts, offices, labs, and warehouses. Commercial openings are all we do.
Repair first
A dragging door is usually a hinge or a strike, not a new door. We tell you which.
What do you actually need the door to do?
Most calls start with a problem, not a part number. Start where your problem is.
Put in a new door
New openings, replacements, and tenant improvement door schedules.
Control who has a key
Staff turnover, lost keys, and tenants moving out.
Control access electronically
Readers, codes, and fobs instead of keys, with the door hardware done right.
Keep the door working
Doors that drag, latches that miss, closers that leak.
Pass inspection
Egress, fire rated openings, and accessibility.
We know your building type
A brewery taproom, a lab suite, and a distribution warehouse fail in completely different ways. The hardware that survives in one will not survive in another.

Most access control jobs get split across two vendors. A system company sells the readers, the controller, and the app, then leaves the frame prep, the strike, the transfer hinge, the request to exit, and the door position switch for somebody else.
That split is where these jobs go sideways, because the software is only as good as the hardware it talks to.
We do both sides. We design and install the access control system, and we do the door hardware work underneath it with our own hands: the strikes, the electrified hardware, the position switches, and the mechanical egress that keeps the opening legal.
Already bought a platform from an integrator? That works too. We install and service the hardware side alongside whoever you bought from, and we will not try to rip out a system that is doing its job.
Working with facilities and property managers
Most of what we do is unglamorous and repeatable. That is the point.
- Purchase orders accepted
- W-9 provided with the first invoice
- One invoice across multiple properties
- Key records kept per property
Across San Diego County
We work by district rather than by city line, because the buildings change more than the borders do.
Hardware we work with
We install and service the standard commercial lines, readers and intercoms included. If you have an existing finish and function to match, we match it.
