Set up an account instead of starting from scratch every time you call
If you manage more than one property, or the same doors keep needing attention, an account removes most of the friction.
Most of our work comes from the same buildings repeatedly, which is how it should be. Doors are mechanical. They wear. An account just formalizes what would otherwise be a series of one-off calls where we relearn your building every time.
What an account gets you
No contract lock-in and no monthly minimum. It is a working relationship with your details already on file.
- Your key records, hardware finishes, and keyway already documented, so a callout does not start with twenty questions
- Priority in the schedule over one-off calls
- Purchase order and net terms already set up
- One invoice across every property in the portfolio, or split per address
Scheduled hardware walks
For buildings with a lot of openings, an annual or semi-annual walk catches the things nobody reports. Closers drifting out of adjustment, exit device latches wearing short, hinges backing out, fire door labels painted over.
The output is a written list of what is fine, what needs adjustment, and what should be budgeted for. Plenty of it usually comes back as adjustment rather than replacement.
Tenant turnover on a schedule
If you run multi-tenant property, turnover rekeys are predictable work. Batching them means one visit instead of five, and keeping the master consistent means management access never breaks in the process.
