If you send photographs, we keep those with the job record.
What we do with it
We use it to prepare a quote, schedule the work, invoice it, and keep a service history for the property so the next visit does not start from zero. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing.
Key records
For any work involving keying, we keep a record of the keying schedule for your property. This is kept so that future work stays consistent with what is already installed.
It is treated as confidential to the property owner or manager and is not shared with tenants or third parties without authorization.
Who else sees it
We share what you send only with the services needed to run the business: our website host, our email provider, and our invoicing software. They process it on our behalf to deliver the service you asked for.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for as long as they are useful for servicing the property. Key records are kept for the life of the keying system, because losing them means rekeying a building rather than a door.
