Tell us what the door is doing

The more specific you are, the faster this goes. A photo of the opening is worth more than three paragraphs of description.

Fields marked are required. Everything else helps but is optional.

We only use these details to quote and schedule your job. Commercial inquiries only.

Sending photos? Submit this form first, then reply to the confirmation email with your photos attached, or send them straight to info@lockanddoorco.com.

Commercial work gets quoted per job, so the fastest route to a number is a photo and a door count. Most jobs never need a site visit before pricing.

If you are mid-emergency and a door will not secure, call rather than filling out a form.

Before you call

Grab a photo of the opening from about six feet back, a close-up of the lock or closer, and anything printed on the edge of the door or on the hardware itself. That usually answers most of what we would otherwise have to ask.

Questions we get asked

How quickly do you respond to a quote request?

Quote requests are answered during operating hours, seven days a week from 7am to 10pm, by the people who actually do the work. The fastest path to a number is photos of the opening and a rough door count with the request, because most jobs can be quoted from that without a visit. If the matter cannot wait for a written exchange, call and talk it through directly.

What if I do not know what the hardware is called?

That is completely normal and it does not matter. Describe what it is doing, send a photo, and we will name it.

Do you charge for a quote?

Send photos of the opening and the existing hardware and you get a written quote; that is how every job here starts. If a job genuinely needs a site walk to be priced honestly, we will tell you before scheduling one, and nothing is ordered or billed until you have approved the written number.

Is one door too small a job to call you about?

No. A single opening is normal work for us, and plenty of long-running accounts started as one door that would not latch. The process is the same at any size: describe what the door is doing, send a photo of the hardware if you can, and you get a written quote. If the fix turns out to be an adjustment rather than a project, we will say so instead of inflating it.
